RVV cupcakes

Haven't been blogging about my baking frenzy of late. Here's some pictures of the red velvet cupcakes that I made, and most of my friends love them! But I thought there was still something lacking in these..

Will try to figure that out in my next batch.

Got those little sugar toppers in Woolies (our supermarket) and they're so awesomely cute! Definitely something different from the usual red hearts that they use to top it off RVV cupcakes.
& they're instant mood lifters!

Dimsum at Shark's Fin House the other Sunday with the usuals.

The Char Siew was surprisingly yummy and not too fatty! FYI I don't even take Char Siews haha!

My MUST ORDER for dim-sums!

& this as well!

Loved their century egg pork porridge, it's one of the best that I've had. As for the salted egg york bun, it's not too oily but I guess still lacking a little in the salted egg york taste. Was a little too sweet to my liking. But nonetheless still pretty good!

It was Q's birthday and my cuzzie & I decided to make a banana cake for her! Didn't turn out as well as I
thought it'd be, will try to perfect it nonetheless! But I like it that it wasn't too sweet.

& popped by Marcus's place to get some groceries and check out his fat cats!

I don't know how they can be so... calm and expressionless. So different to all my crazy dogs back home. But a cat is definitely a low maintenance pet as compared to dogs, I might just keep one in future.

& FYI I was really dem afraid of cats. So this one's the first that I've carried and thank goodness it didn't decide to scratch me or something!
