Backtracking to the first few weeks when I came back to Melbourne, met up with Qiu, Sarah, & two other friends Melvin with Elaine to try out this brekkie place that everyone's been raving about. It's a little off city, so we had to take a train. FYI, trains here are not like in SG's MRT. We take trains to get to suburbs, and mainly trams or buses (although rarely) if we wanna get around the city.
Really love the interior of the place, it's so cosy and warm. Especially the long tables which reminds me of the canteens we have back in primary/secondary school. & it's a different experience sitting together with the locals or people from across the globe. They'll chat you up sometimes because they're friendly like that, not something you'll find back in SG where people will prolly think you're nuts or trying to hit on them!
Ordered my usual skinny latte & it's a little too sour for my liking. Might be the milk I guess. & it's not warm enough for me as well. But the others were fine with their coffees.
I like the fact that they serve half-size, but they only took like a few dollars off the price listed on the menu when the size is half of the actual one. Added mushrooms and they're really good. Can't really remember what's the brown thing over there, but the hollandaise sauce was one of the better ones I've tried.
Melvin's & Sarah's big breakfast, which was pretty good to them.
& this is one of the best dishes I'd reckon: Bircher Museli. They're added crunchy green apple slices to make the whole dish more refreshing, something new I'd say.
I just realized how pathetically small my breakfast looked. :<

WIW:
Cream Knit Top: Love Bonito
Mustard Skirt: BKK (Something similar coming up on S&T!)
Shoes: F21
What I baked on a random afternoon, strawberry jelly hearts!
I like how this non-bake recipe could be used repetitively for other forms of cheesecake slices. Just did an oreo one with the exact same recipe, except that it's with oreos this time. Am gonna try out chocolate and blueberries next!
Jap food with my cousin on a random Saturday when we're craving for some good ramen and sushi.
HAHA look at her shocked face.
& chanced upon this huge gummy box in Woolies!! I'm a huge fan of gummies!!!!
Popped over our friend's place to have a look at the little rascal that they just bought. He's so young and fluffy and hyper! Been so long since I've experienced such hyper-activeness cos all my dogs are at least 10 years old!
