Every time I head back to SG during my holiday breaks, I'll be swamped with meet-ups. It gets so exaggerating that my friends have to "book" me one week in advance else if they want a proper dinner/lunch/breakfast with me. There're also times when I get impromptu ones & I absolutely love those the most! It's like.. I'm a spontaneous person and I love it when people are the same as me and when I send a random text saying I'm hungry or something, they'd respond with a "Let's go!".
I absolutely adore the phrase: Plans are good, but the spur of the moment is always better.
Anyhows, I just collated my photos and all these photos below are taken during the 2nd last week of my holidays back in SG. & I miss my holiday so much while browsing through these photos that I'm feeling homesick again..
1. KTV with the girls!
I'm never a fan of KTV session because my voice sucks! It's like.. I zao xia at the slightest high note, and I can never reach the notes of my fav songs. But I like singing along. So usually I'll just sit at the side and sing along because I know every single song, HAHA! Closet KTV lover. No, but yea, I usually don't like to hold the mic because 1) I sound weird 2) I'm gonna spoil everyone's ear drums.
But this session was one of the best I tell you!! LOVES IT. It's like, yknow sometimes when you sing KTV with friends or family, there'll be the pressure to sing well & all. Hit the right notes, correct pitching, yada yada. But what the hell, I pay to have fun ley!! It's different with this group of girls. Yes they can sing well, but they don't care if you zao xia maximum or anything, & it's just so much fun with all the random shaking & dancing around. Oh & not to forget the epic hokkien/cantonese songs that they pick, AND getting all the lyrics right at that.
They are camwhoring with MY phone, mind you. & then posting it up on MY instag!
& we headed for Korean BBQ afters.
& I tell you, this is the most hated cuisine of my life, thanks to the smell! I must wash my hair like THRICE every time I head for a Korean BBQ session, & it makes the color of my hair fade off. It's yummy nonetheless, but I stopped every time I see the oil spilling over from cooking..
Sorry if I just spoil your appetite, haha!
& after that, I headed for supper RIGHT AWAY at Kungfu paradise with V. Talk about gaining weight man..
2. Dinner at PS Cafe with the Melbourne girls!
Told the girls that we should have a proper meet-up before Q flies back before I do, and we settled for PS Cafe at Paragon thanks to my huge truffle fries cravings! & they really didn't disappoint. But I'm pretty sure the outlet at Dempsey has a wider variety of food as compared to this one at Paragon.
Some things never change and Grace is still the same old Grace. This girl never fails to crack us up!
& right after that I dragged Qiu & Chong to meet V for supper at Bedok 85 temp market for the imba bak chor mee that they haven't tried before in their lives. HOW CAN!!!!
3. Meet-up with the boys.
I swear it's been SO LONG since I've met Andy. Daniel has been catching up with me every now and then, but I figured the 3 of us need to meet up because it's been such a while!
Settle at Raffles City because I heard that they've got a wide array of restaurants listed under the tenants' list nowadays, and I can't wait to lay my hands on the treats from Tiong Bahru Bakery!
Truffle fries at Skinny Pizza. I had truffle fries for like THREE days during that week, and I still prefer P.S Cafe's so much more to this.
& deserts at TBB where we spent like 2 hours + catching up and just talking about life.
Tried the Triple Choc Mousse and Apple Crumble. Tasted better ones, and it'll be nice if they could heat up the Apple Crumble. Else, I think they're just meh~.
4. Dinz with S & V, & party laters!
Right after my meet-up with the boys, I told them I'm gonna go home to sleep because I'm down with a super bad sore throat and I really need rest..
Was sleeping when S called me and said that they're having dinner and being the spontaneous me... I cabbed down and reached town within 40 mins: traveling time takes 20-25 mins from my house to town okay!
& some camwhoring in the toilet, which made V waited for quite some time and quote him "Yall die inside isit"
So rude.
& after dinz, V & I were like.. Shall we go wine bar to chill? It's a wed night and I'm gonna head back to SG soon so I have to make full use of my time! & when the both of us were at WB, it's just... weird. so we started texting our friends, and ended up in heli!
Persuaded my little brother to join me in Heli, heehee! I love partying w my brother & sister, and mind you, they're REALLY my little siblings!

Loves this shot too, heh. If you realize, I love all the weird quirky shots. Anyone can look nice in pictures what, but funny ones are always a one-off kinda thing isnt't it?
