Collection 61!

HAPPY BOXING DAY EVERYONE!
Hope all of you had an awesome Christmas day, because I did! Have been celebrating since the 23rd, and tomorrow will be last day I'll be celebrating Xmas, wheeehooo! Almost all of the gifts I've gotten this year are something to do with Hello Kitty, heehee I'm a happy girl! :D

So last week, me, my sister & cousin headed to MBS to try out Todai, the international buffet! Please remember to call and make a booking if you planned to go there and have a meal!

Check out the queue waiting to go in:

If you're hungry, I'd advise you to totally skip this part! HAHA, there's like lots of food pictures from here onwards.

Chilli Crab that turned into Crayfish at the end of the day. LOL.

Awesome salmon with cream sauce!

SUPER AWESOME KIMCHI SUSHI!! I love it!

The spread at our table, for three girls! HAHA.

Look at the amount of sashimi man, love the swordfish & salmon!

& deserts. Their deserts were pretty nice too!

Verdict? I still prefer Carousel, it's still the best buffet I've ever been to, but they're always full house. So try to make reservations! As for Todai, I feel that they have one of the best deserts around, but spread of food is only just so-so. Price is affordable though, but I can't really remember the exact price so do call them up or google for their website or something!

One of the few random OTD that I bothered to take picture of. Romper from Zara!

& one of the random clubbing nights with my Melbourne girls and J's friends.

Sourplum shots!

I'm just gonna spam photos of my friends' faces from here:

At the end of the night, my blue dress became a blue dress with red/purple polka dots thanks to red wine! URghhhh I hope my maid and wash off the stains. :(

& guess what, we'll be launching a new collection tomorrow!! Last collection of the year, & last collection before I head back to Melbourne!

Kristin Cape Sleeved Dress
In Black, Burnt Orange, Grey & Apricot

Perfect dress for year end parties, or other formal occasions that you'd have to attend! So for this, we'll be holding a small meet-up session on Thursday, 230PM at Bugis Junction!

Waterfall Front Blazer
In Black, Cherry Red, Burnt Orange, Duke Blue & Mayonnaise.

A blazer that I SUPER LOVE! It's great for work, or even casual wear like how we paired them with in the following photos! This comes in FIVE yummy colors, and we love them all!

Colorblock T-bar Top
In Mustard/Black, White/Beige, Black/Blush, Turqoise/White

Another casual top for you girls for the new school term! We'll continue to price it affordably so that you could get more colors! :D

We'll be having another knit top in this collection, so do check out our Facebook page for the photo! :)

Launch will be tomorrow, 4PM! See you girls!! :)

Gone Too Soon.

Where are you? What are you doing? Can you see from where you are, how we're coping, what we're feeling and doing everyday? I'm sure you're in a better place, away from sorrows, away from pain. Like you said, it should be a paradise, some place that you'll be in love with.

I miss you. How could I not, when I passed by places we've frequent for the past few weeks that I'm back? How could I not, when I will always think of you whenever I head out or go back home because you live just right across the street? Your huge grin will always be stuck in my head, just like how you did when you said your last goodbye to me that very night.

Should've gone up to give you a hug, before we bade goodbye. There're so many "should-haves" and "could-haves" going on through my mind, and I still cannot come to accept the this cruel fact. You taught me to cherish the people in my life, and I hope I won't disappoint you. You taught me to look at the positive side no matter what happened, you brought me out of the hell-hole I was in in July. You showed me what a big heart could do to touch people, & I hope I could carry on this legacy of yours. You showed me how being playful at times brighten up someone's life, and how serious you could be at times that I could trust you with my small little secrets.

Almost 10 years since I knew you, and not one time we meet you didn't make fun of me. I miss having you tease me; I've been so used to it. I like how you always have something funny going on in your mind, and random ideas just start to sprout out. I like it when you pester me to drive you around and send you to school or places, and how you'd grin and say thank you before leaving the car.

I miss you, & I'm keeping you here, safe close to my heart. You won't be forgotten, I promise. I won't join you too soon my friends, I've got to finish up the things I want to do, and go to places we wanted to go. I remember your dreams, and I remember telling you mine. I will go all out to fulfill them, and I bet you'll be looking down and smiling from where you're from.

Happy Birthday my little brother. One year from now, I'll play the uke for you to show that I've won our bet. :')

Sing with the angels, and have fun. You've touched many lives, it's time for you to enjoy.

Xmas Collection III!

2nd blog entry of the week, I'm a hardworking girl! Teehee, also because we'll be launching a new collection tomorrow, so I'll be posting up preview photos along with this entry!

So on Tuesday, I met my girls for some cycling at ECP! It's been long since we did something other than EATING or CLUBBING, so this is like a new activity for us. Wore the Side Ruffles Racerback in GREY to ECP, it's so comfy and won't stick to your body if you perspire. Pair it with shorts for a casual, more laid-back look or with pants/bandage skirt for a totally different look! :) We still have it in navy, forest & beige too!

Close-up of ruffles!

& off we go to ECP! Applying some sun-block before we set off!

Okay, truth be told, we stopped so many times just to take photos haha! It was only $6 for the rental of the bicycle for 3 hours, and after cycling for a while we were all so tired but it's only been 15 minutes.. -.-

Pretty castle! How could we miss the chance to take pictures!

& then on self-timer mode:

Posing with our bikes, evidence to show that we really went cycling!

Chilled by the jetty where there's strong winds~

We actually cycled all the way to the Outward Bound School (near... tanah merah?) and back. & passed by this place that we thought would be awesome for taking photos! & how could we ever miss out on jump shots? :D

Mel suggested doing the buddha jump -.-

& I suggested stopping by this place to take photos. & their response?
"You think you having your blogshop shoot ah?"
HAHA, pai seh max!

Loving this candid shot!

& back to the jetty just so we could take shots like these:

& that's it for the day!

We then went to parkway for lunch and back to my place to freshen up, before making a trip down to Bugis. & we took a bus because my sis needs the car.
It's been SO LONG since all of us took the bus together, so enthu taking pictures in the bus haha! Thankful that there weren't a lot of people on the bus.

The three of us headed down to Haji because Mel hasn't been there before, & Keli wants to head to Central to get some stuff. Settled down at PLUCK, so glad they were still opened at 7PM and still having ice creams! Max love their lychee martini, earl grey, salted caramel & vanilla bean ice cream!!

& then back to Bugis where K joined us, and we tabao-ed so much food from I <3 Taimei. You've gotta try their fried mushrooms and fries (Garlic seafood is the bomb!!!!), they're soooo tasty I've been eating them for 3 days straight!

Okay that's the end of my random blogpost, here're pictures for the launch tomorrow!

Got Metta to do up a banner for me because this shoot was taken in the studio. & efficient her got back to me within just a few hours, teehee gotta love her photoshop skills!

Oh & before I begin, I've been really blur like a sotong these days. I didn't realise that the studio has moved to CQ, and I happily lugged all the stuff to the Joo Chiat studio.. Guess what, I came to a dark staircase and vacant place once I reached. & it's been 2 months since they've moved!! How blur can I be lor.. & we were about 45 mins late because of that! So thankful my girls stayed till so late for the shoot <3 <3

Okay enough of my random ramblings, here're the pictures!
Not gonna post up those that I edited myself because they're on Facebook already. Just want to utilize the many pictures that we took! :)

First up!

Mesh Overlay Bodycon Dress
in Black/Emerald, White/Beige, Mustard/Black & Black/Wine.

I love ALL the colors, they're perfect for Xmas and new year parties aren't they? Simple and yet dressy enough, just match it with a statement necklace and shoes, and you'll be good to go!

As you can see, back of the dress is the same color as the upper part of the colorblock for the front! & because it's a bodycon dress we'd advice girls to wear thongs or seamless undies for these! Will fit up till a UK8 only because the mesh is not really stretchable :(

Our favourite for the launch!

Camy Skater Dress
in Black, Beige, Navy & Dark Olive

If you love the Dark Olive for the Swirl 'n' Twirl skirt, it's in the same shade! Shuhua kept the beige, Chante kept the black & I kept the Beige, Black, Navy and still deciding whether to keep the Dark Olive! It's so comfy and there's a surprise peekaboo at the back!

See! Not too revealing, and best part is I gave special instructions to manufacture it so that you girls can wear a normal bra for this, no hassle at all!

Another manufactured piece is my fav cardigan!

Back To School Cardigan
in Black, Heather Grey & White

I love the material for this! First time we're using this material (jersey cotton) & it's so so comfortable! & it's non-sheer so it's so apt for school! Especially when it starts to rain or when lecture halls and tutorial rooms are very cold.

Last but not least, a restock of the 3/4 Raglan Sleeves Top in 2 new colors!!
in Cream/Burnt Orange & Cream/Red, as well as the relaunch of the two more popular colors in Mustard/Black & Navy/Lavender Blue!

These are imported, not manufactured by us but we brought them in 'cos they're too cute to resist!

Rainbow Buttons Cardigan
in Red, & Heather Grey

I love love the rainbow buttons and pocket at front, & it comes with rainbow buttons at the back too! You can wear it normally as a long cardigan over your usual tank tops & shorts and you'll be sure to stand out too. :)

Last but not least,
Kasey Knit Slouchy Top
in Grey and Black

Perfect for lazy days, kept the grey one for myself too!

Okay abrupt ending to my post, gotta rush out for my hair appointment!
See you girls tomorrow during the launch! Will be giving out the other two gifts for this collection so join our mailing list to know more about the giveaway! :)
